HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Go to the STORE PAGE and select your category and then select the product you want. Follow the instructions from there. If any further questions please use the “Contact Us” button. Someone will respond within 24 hours.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
All products, excluding plaques, include your creation, taxes, the 3% credit card fee and the shipping of the cremains kit to you and then back to you or another address with the finished product.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
YES. Each order is custom designed and the artisan takes great care that there will be no defects while providing a design you can enjoy for years to come! However, you have 1 year to return the ring for repairs due to defects in craftmanship.
IS SHIPPING LIMITED TO THE USA?
We can ship any of our designs anywhere, however if outside the continental US then there will be additional shipping depending on the location. Once we receive an order with shipping address we will determine any additional shipping costs and will notify you before you pay for anything.
Are Changes Allowed?
YES! You have time to change an order. If you are sending cremains you will have about a week to change anything! Once you receive your Cremains Kit and send it back you must then have your order selected.
Can the design be shipped somewhere else?
Absolutely! There will be an instruction card with an option of listing a different ship to address for the finished product.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place your order we will use your contact information to stay in touch with you about your special custom design product. Included will be photos of the progress being made and when the product will ship.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are in the North Atlanta suburb of Woodstock. Hank also plans to travel to shows all over the country. There is a great art, craft, and music community here in Woodstock.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS?
YES! However, We do not have the settings for a customer to automatically receive a discount for multiple purchases.
This must be done manually through a discount code we assign to you. We will recognize that you ordered either several of the same or different products on the same order and will apply a code for up to 15% OFF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH RING SIZE TO SELECT?
In the ring kit there is a zip-tie type measurer. Slide one end through the tab and pull through. Now you have a loop to put the finger in that you want the ring on. Pull the loose end to cinch it up to the ring size that the tab points to. Be sure you can slide the measurer off your knuckle. Write down your number. All half/full sizes are to USA standards.
WHY SUCH A SMALL SELECTION OF PENS?
The slimeline pen has a top and bottom piece. The top piece is where the cremains are so fingers won’t touch that piece! Also, a two piece pen adds versatility to your design.
Our Cremains Kit
The Cremains Kit is a $25 addition to any Ring Design. It is a dignified way to send your loved one’s ashes to us for use in your design. This price also includes infusing the cremains into your Design.
When you select “Add Cremains” at the CART we will send our Cremains Kit to your address. In it are a ring sizer, a small jar with screw on lid and directions. Just place some cremains in the jar and ship to us. We will use the same box to send your ring back to you!
